1) What products does Shavico Group import?
We focus on premium food and beverage items such as tomato paste, pickled cucumbers, black/green olives, edible oil, rice, and soft drinks—primarily sourced from Iran.
3) What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product and packaging. For example, many canned goods start from 50 cartons, while beverages often start from 100 cartons. We confirm exact MOQs in your quotation.
5) Do you provide private label (OEM)?
Yes. We support private label and custom artwork after design approval and MOQ confirmation.
7) What are your payment terms?
Common terms include TT (bank transfer) or LC for approved buyers. We share full terms in the proforma invoice.
9) How long is production and delivery time?
Lead time depends on the item and season. Typically, 2–4 weeks for production plus shipping time to GCC ports.
11) Do you help with customs clearance in Oman?
Yes. Our operations team coordinates documentation and clearance to ensure fast, compliant delivery.
2) Which regions do you serve?
We mainly supply Oman and the GCC. However, we also support shipments to other destinations upon request.
4) What packaging sizes are available?
We offer retail and HORECA packs (e.g., 800 g cans, 1.8 L bottles, 18 kg sacks). Custom packs are possible for large orders.
6) What quality and safety standards do you follow?
Our suppliers hold relevant health certificates, batch traceability, and Halal where applicable. We inspect shipments to ensure consistent quality.
8) Which shipping terms do you offer?
We arrange FOB, CIF, or CFR from major Iranian ports. For Oman, we also provide door-to-warehouse solutions through our Muscat office.
10) Can I request samples?
Yes. Samples are available for most products. We ship them upon request; courier costs may apply.
12) How can I get a quotation?
